Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) is implemented in alignment with the national initiative aimed at fostering inclusive and sustainable rural development through the active engagement of higher educational institutions. The programme integrates academic resources, institutional expertise, and community participation to address socio-economic and developmental challenges in rural areas.

Through the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, the College adopts villages and undertakes need-based interventions, involving faculty members and students in field-based activities, surveys, awareness programmes, and extension initiatives. This ensures experiential learning, promotes social responsibility, and strengthens the linkage between higher education and society.

The initiative contributes to the capacity building of rural communities while simultaneously enhancing students’ understanding of grassroots realities. It facilitates the creation of a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship between the institution and the community.
